Bahamas

In February, Luke had a business trip to the Bahamas. I was able to tag along for a long weekend away from the cold winter. Here are some photos from that trip.

Washington D.C., again

This past January, my sister Beth and I travelled to D.C. to spend a long weekend (and birthday) with our other sister, Dianne. These were taken on that trip.

Random photos

These are a few random photos from the recent past. (From top to bottom, corn from the field our house will someday stand on (I hope), a sunset behind our current home, lizard in Grand Cayman Island, the bark of a tree, and a rainbow after a storm last summer.)

Flowers

The majority of the photos I take seem to be of flowers, this is a random sampling of some of my favorites over the last couple of years.

Olbrich Gardens

A good friend of mine got married last summer in Madison. We stopped at the Olbrich Gardens for photos along the way to the reception. I had never been to the gardens before, but would highly recommend them.

Frame Park

These pictures were taken at various times in the spring, summer and fall at Frame Park in Waukesha. It's set along the Fox River, and has some really beautiful gardens throughout the year.

At the lake

Taken at my in-law's home in Pardeeville (yes, that's the real name of the town.)

New York City

In May of 2006, we visited New York City (my first time there). It is a city I've wanted to go to for most of my life, and I was not the least bit disappointed. I probably could have spent another week there taking pictures and not get bored.

Roatán, Honduras

We went on a family cruise in January of 2006. It stopped at several ports in the Caribbean. The first port (and my favorite) was Roatán, Honduras. Here are several of my favorite photos from this stop.
